Members Rates:
£270.00 until 14 February (early bird)
Special early bird share twin room, shared occupancy bedroom rate
= £245 per person. Those wishing to share a twin room should
submit their forms together and indicate on the forms they wish to
share a bedroom

Non Members Rates:

Rate includes 2 day conference ticket, bacon sandwich on arrival
bed and breakfast on Friday 8th May in single occupancy
accommodation, conference dinner and dance on Friday 8th May,
lunch, tea and coffee on both days

Payment
Please make cheques payable to “ARNS”
• No places can be secured for the conference unless the application is accompanied by the
appropriate registration fee.
• Invoices will only be issued upon receipt of your Trust’s Purchase Order number but places
cannot be guaranteed until invoices have been paid. Please provide purchase order details.
• Upon arrival at the conference, if payment has not been received from any delegate or her/his
Trust, then the delegate will be expected to pay the registration fee in full and then claim this back.
Cancellations
Standard 25% cancellation charge applies if cancelled up to six weeks prior to the event.
100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 6 weeks of the event.
