Our half day and full day art camps are
art intensive. We explore a wide array of
mediums and art making methods. Halfdays are mornings only and are open to
children ages 6 and up.

PRESCHOOL PROGRAMS
PARTIES
Children from as young as 2 years old can engage in
pre-school programs that will focus on using tools
and medium.This includes drawing, painting (in various
water based paints), printing, as well as 3-dimesional
work. Illustrated storybooks will be used to emphasize
lessons, providing context for instruction and art
games are integrated to introduce art history.

The Artful Owl uses art
history as its starting
point for the exploration
of various methods and
mediums in art making.
The goal of the classes is
to instill visual literacy in
the participants through
experiential learning in
art history. The classes
will be geared to many
learning styles; the goal
is to create and enjoy
the world of art.
$225 per participant (includes all materials)
Parents or caregivers are welcome to attend with
the participant if desired. Parental accompaniment
is mandatory for participants under the age of 4.
Parties are $250 for 10 participants and are available
anytime in the studio outside of class times
SCHOOL AGE PROGRAMS
AGES 6-16
Using Art History as our launching point we
will explore numerous areas of history, both
contemporary and ancient, to inspire our studio
practice. We will draw, paint, sculpt, build and collage
our way through art historical themes to gain insight
into art history.
Visual literacy, history and creativity are the goals
of our art sessions.
All Classes are once a week.
$290 6-8 year olds; 1hour
$350 9-12 year olds and Teen Art; 1.5 hours
$425 Advanced Art; 2 hours
Prices include all materials
Students are encouraged to bring studio shoes. Art-making can
be messy. Aprons will be provided, but please wear clothing
that can get messy. Indoor shoes are required in the winter.
Our art facilitators are graduates, and post graduates in
education, museum studies, art, art history, architecture and
other specialized fields.
