We are now taking reservations for the Spring Sewing Retreat at Holiday Lake 4H Educational Center in
Appomattox! If you have considered attending a retreat in the past, but haven’t been able to, please
consider joining us. It is a week of guaranteed fun and learning!
New for this spring: 2 learning opportunities will be available included in your retreat fee. Participation
is not required; the option is there if you choose! Your only requirement will be to bring supplies for the
project from a provided list. (These opportunities are still in planning stages – they will be confirmed with
registrants via email before the retreat.)
Prices listed below cover lodging in either a bunkhouse (bottom bunk) or “pod” (small private room/twin bed in 2 room cabin/shared
bath – limited availability, first come/first served) and all meals between arrival and departure, beginning with dinner on Sunday (or
lunch on your chosen arrival date) through Friday lunch. Six, Five, and Four day options are available.

Reservations are confirmed when payment is received, in the order in
which they are received. There are plenty of beds available, but limited work
tables, so attendance will likely be limited to 24, unless you are willing to share a
work table. This retreat is open to ASG members in good standing. Please register
early to reserve your spot!
REGISTRATION DEADLINE is Friday, April 24. An additional $15 fee will be
added to registrations made after the deadline. No refunds after the registration
deadline; retreat attendees must be confirmed with the camp at that time.
