Information for participants of the Gold Award Presentation 2015 and
Information for participants of the Gold Award Presentation 2015 and their parents/guardians March 2015 We are very busy preparing the Gold Award Presentation that will take place on Thursday 21 May 2015 in The Hague: it'll be a wonderful event! You have already received several emails with some information and questions from Janieke van den Heuvel and Nelleke de Kruik. Via this memo we will give you further information and we have some questions for you. Please read it carefully and let your parents/guardians read it as well. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us (see details below). The International Award for Young People, the Netherlands Pascalle Cup, director [email protected] tel. 06-43490446 Vazalstraat 2, 5021 DR Tilburg. Logbook You can of course only receive your Gold Award if you have finished all four sections + the Residential Project according to the criteria of the International Award. Have you sent your logbook to the national Award organisation yet? Yes? That's great! Then you will have received it in your mail again with the authorisation of the national Award association. No? Please make sure you send your completed logbook to the above address before 15 April. And to be blunt but clear: when we receive no response before 15 April or do not receive your logbook before that date, we can’t present you a Gold Award. Address and phone number In order to send you the official invitation for the ceremony, we need your home address and your phone number. If you have already given your details to the organisation, thank you! If you haven't done so already, please email them to [email protected] Preparation meeting On Saturday 18 April we are expecting all of you for the preparation meeting in Utrecht, starting at 4pm. The information about the venue (close to the Utrecht railway station) will be sent later. We will go through the entire programme, discuss the mood board exhibition and there will be time to answer any further questions.
