Prices can only be guaranteed until 14 February 2015.
Custom-printed maps & digital maps will be available.
1 paper map is included in the Entry Fee.
We will use the FAI loggers during this event.
We are proud to have the same catering team from previous editions
again! If you were there, you will know that the food is honest, good and
plenty.
We offer the following meal package:
 Welcome dinner before general briefing (13/5)
 Brunch after the morning flight (14/5 until 16/5)
 Diner before the evening briefing (14/5 until 16/5)
 Gala Dinner ticket (17/5)
Package Cost: 70,00 EUR per person
Extra tickets Gala Dinner (BBQ): 12,50 EUR per person
The consumed gas will be paid during check-out.
At check-in, we will ask a bond of 200,00EUR in advance which will
include the guarantee for the basket numbers (50EUR).
Every competitor has to be insured conform the European Regulation.

Accommodation
We can offer 3 types/sizes of bungalows in the park “Les Doyards” for attractive package prices during the
event on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices can only be guaranteed until 14 February 2015 !
Your accommodation can be ordered thru the Entry Form and will be firmly booked when the payment is
received by the organisation.

Description
Nice apartment (56m2) for 6 persons with view on the lake or on the
pyramid.
There is a large living room (double sofa bed, TV, DVD), dining area,
equipped kitchen (4 electric hot plates, fridge, microwave), 2 bedrooms
(one with double bed & one with bunk beds), toilet and shower.

TYPE C
Description
Nice bungalow (68m2) for 8 persons with 3 bedrooms and 2 levels.
Terrace with privacy (provided by plantation). These bungalows are
beside the lake or close to it. The tastefully furnished house is divided in 2
floors.
Ground floor: luminous living room (TV, DVD), equipped open kitchen (4
electric hot plates, microwaves, fridge), bedroom (2 singles), small
bedroom (bunk beds) and bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds and 1 with double bed).
