The Woman’s European Hot Air Ballooning Championships
in Witteveen, Drenthe are rapidly approaching! We look
forward to welcoming you at the Landal holiday park to enjoy
the sports and social events with us in September 2015.
Dear Competitor,
Following up on your NAC nomination we would like to cordially invite you to the Woman’s European
Hot Air Ballooning Championships 2015 in the Netherlands.
Date: Monday afternoon September 14: Opening Ceremony and General Briefing
Tuesday morning September 15 till Saturday morning September 19 competition flights
Saturday afternoon September 19: Closing Ceremony and Party
Location:Landal Orveltermarke, Mr. J.B. Kanweg 3, NL 9439 TD, Witteveen, Drenthe (pr.),
The Netherlands
Price: € 350,- per team of 1 pilot plus 3 teammembers
Included:propane after the first competition flight, 2 copies of the competition map, pilot pack and
morning coffee before the morning flights
Options:
1) 4 Persons bungalow at the holdiday park next to the launch field for € 350,-.
2) 6 Persons bungalow at the holdiday park next to the launch field for € 420,-.
3)Extra night before or after the competition days for € 50,- per bungalow.
So either September 12, 13, 19 and/or 20.
4)A breakfast after the morning flight and dinner before the evening flight for € 35,- per person per
day for the 2 meals.
Please complete and return this form as your acceptance of the invitation before March 15, 2015.
In order to be eligible to the prices above, please organize your holiday home and catering whishes
through the Organizing Committee and not directly with the park. Please note we can only guarantee
the bungalows when your entry form and payment is received before March 15 2015. We will keep
our website (womeneuropeans2015balloon.nl) up to date with information about participants, maps,
news and a Q&A section to answer all questions you may have. Feel free to contact us through

You will be provided with GPS trackers which will be mandantory to carry during flight.
