Please note the following:











Students must arrive 15 minutes prior to exam time.
Students will be dismissed after last exam (12:00pm or 2:30pm). Lunch will be served
Tuesday-Thursday.
Students are NOT required to attend school if they do NOT have an exam.
Study halls will be available from 8:00-10:00/2:30-3:10. Sign up is required through
mentors.
No afterschool enrichment during exam week.
No Performance Program during exam week.
M1and M2 is given end of unit assessments rather than cumulative exams.
Only core classes (Math, Science, Language A, Humanities, World Languages) are on the
schedule. All other subjects will give an exam during their regularly scheduled class time, if
they choose to give one at all. Courses other than core classes are not required to give a
semester exam.
Student presence that week must be purposeful and clearly focused. Students will not be
allowed to hang around school grounds or in hallways during exam week. They must
report to the designated study hall from 8:00-10:00/2:30-3:10.
Bus service will be provided Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during exams
(morning/4:00 drop off). There will be no bus service for the make-up day- Friday, June
5th.
SCHOOL UNIFORM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EXAMS.
