& Retreat Center February 18, 2015 Dear Friends and Fellow Artisans, Ruth of Ruth’s Herbal Remedies and proud co­owner of Branch Mill Organic Farm and Retreat Center invites you to partake in the First Annual ​
Earth Day Fair & Fun*raiser on April 26, 2015, from 10:00­4:00. This fundraising event is the kickoff to Branch Mill Organics’ non­profit program! The day will be spent on the community­sponsored farm, with local music, local foods, local crafts, and local art­ a fun occasion for folks of all ages, and an opportunity to participate in earth­and­community­centered sustainability. Activities include: live music by Shadowlands and Gone Afar, yoga, all sorts of cool and relevant information, artist exhibitions, raffle drawings, wine tasting and food from Bliss Cafe. Kids and teens are free; adults will pay a $5 entrance donation in return for a raffle ticket. All funds generated will go to supporting the development of our new programs. Who is Branch Mill Organic Farm & Retreat Center?: It is an educational and personal growth center dedicated to demonstrating sustainable living practices whose mission is to foster a community where people discover a connection with others, their environment and themselves. It has served the community for the past three years as a certified organic farm and is now expanding to include hands­on education about natural processes and whole person health. Earth Day Fair​
: ­Set up a booth as a vendor: We have space for 10 booths. Vendors will provide their own table and tents. There is a $20 booth non­refundable reservation fee and a 15% donation from net sales (minus the $20 booth fee). ­Donate an item for our raffle drawing of a $5 or more value ­Spread the word to your networks ­Volunteer (it’s fun) ­Just spend the day with us!
