CODE OF CONDUCT
Safety instructions:
 Get off the bus through the front door only.
 Always stay seated while on route.
 Let the youngest pupils seat behind another seat so they do not fall in case of braking (back seats and
seats located next to the doors are not suitable for them).
 Keep to the times.
 Keep to the bus stop locations.
 Do not walk before the bus (the driver may not see you).
 Check both left and ride sides before getting off the bus (beware motorbikes that may weave between
the bus and the sidewalk).
 Return to the closest sidewalk after getting off the bus and wait for it to leave before going back to
your house.
 Make sure that you can safely cross the street.
 In case of a breakdown, an incident or a minor accident, stay in the bus, do not get off or leave
without permission.
 Respect the bus monitor’s instructions.
Behavior on the bus:
Do not:
 Scream.
 Stand up until the bus has stopped.
 Jostle, but wait in line to get on or get off the bus.
 Talk to the driver on route.
 Make the bus stop a different location than the set up ones.
 Throw gums or trashes in the bus.
 Drink or eat in the bus.
The following behaviours will be reported to the school’s management. In the event of a subsequent offence,
Unika Voyages reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to transportation (without any
refund of the already paid fees) and to give notice to the school’s management.









Showing disrespect to the drivers or the monitors (this rule applies for both parents and pupils).
Getting around on route.
Putting arms or head out of the bus through the windows.
Hanging yourself from the ceiling bars.
Getting on or off the bus while it’s driving.
Jostling and fighting.
Throwing objects through the windows (cans, bottles, papers, etc.).
Insulting people on the street.
Smoking.

DAY PRIOR TO THE SANCTION.
