DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I:
That the Zoning Ordinance of Calaveras County No. 945
is hereby amended to change the zoning classification from

to RA-20 & RA-5
for the following described property also known as
Sectional Zoning Amendment 11325
for Joe Wilkerson
_

RA-20 for the southern 20 acres of Assessor Parcel 50-2-64 and
RA-5 for the northern remainder
SECTION II:
The Board of Supervisors based its decision on thft
folloWing findings:

The proposed 'project will not have a significant effect on ,the environment.
2. The proposed rezoning to RA is consistent with the goals, policies and general
land uses of the Calaveras County General Plan and Zoning Ordinance.
3. The proposed rezoning is compatible. with neighboring zones and-land uses.

SECTION III:
This Ordinance-shall take.effect and be in force at the
expiration of thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and it shall become
effective on the
SEVENTH
day of
JULy
, 1982, and before
the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, i t shall be published
. in the County of Calaveras.
