AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE KALISPELL ZONING ORDINANCE( ORDINANCE
NO. 1677) 9 BY AMENDING SECTION 27, 12, 020, B- 1, NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS AND
APPENDIX B OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, John Flink has
submitted a written request to amend the Kalispell Zoning Ordinance,
by amending the permitted uses in the 13- 1, Neighborhood Business zoning district to
permit office
WHEREAS,
