ORDINANCE NO. 1743 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE KALISPELL ZONING ORDINANCE( ORDINANCE NO. 1677) 9 BY AMENDING SECTION 27, 12, 020, B- 1, NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS AND APPENDIX B OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
