2015 Calhoun Academy Junior Varsity and Varsity Baseball
Thank you for supporting your Cavalier athlete by helping at the gate and/or canteen! You are a vital part of
making the athletic program at Calhoun Academy successful.
The money box for the gate and canteen will need to be picked up from the front office.
**Please arrange to pick up the moneybox for your shift. Return the money to Ken or Denise Fleming after the
Varsity game. If no Varsity game, give to Coach Jarecki. Thanks!
Please stamp each guests hand as they pay, especially if there are multiple games (baseball, softball, soccer). Prices
are $7 for adults and $4 for students. CA Cavalier Club passes and pink SCISA passes are accepted.
Please be at school at least one hour before the start of the game.
You will need to get a candy container from the refrigerator of the football concession stand. Hotdogs, bbq, ketchup
and mustard may need to be picked up as well. Please check at the baseball canteen. You will also need to get a bag
of ice from behind the football canteen. A list of duties can be found in the baseball canteen.
If you have a scheduling conflict, it is your responsibility to switch with someone or have another adult work in
your place. The number of workers assigned is important. Please make sure that each shift is covered. Parents
may be asked to work an additional shift if CA hosts a playoff game(s).
