GUIDO E. LUGO-MODESTO, MHSA, CMCM
During the last twenty five years Mr. Lugo has been active
in management positions which have concentrated on
providing advisory and administrative services in
healthcare, with special emphasis on Managed Care Models.
Mr. Lugo maintains strategic alliances with a wide range of
organizations thru partnership approach, to provide viable
solutions to all business players.
His experience ranges from the development and
management of Health Plans, planning, development and
administration of the first Puerto Rican Pharmacy Benefit
Manager (PBM), the effective implementation of
specialized managed care management software systems,
development of Independent Practice Associations (IPAS), both within the Government Health
Plan of Puerto Rico (MiSalud) and Medicare Advantage programs.
In 2007 he founded Managed Care Management and Educational, LLC.
