SUMMER Session - Week 1 – APRIL 2015
DURING THE FIRST FEW WEEKS OF PLAY, WE
OFTEN HAVE SCHEDULE CHANGES!
We appreciate your patience with these changes.
We have little or no control over the schedule changes that occur; yet they are
necessary. Teams can be added through the fourth week of play to a division, and
obviously this will affect the schedule for some, in form of byes being added or
makeup matches having to be played, to accommodate these teams.
Another priority is to make sure that teams have an equal amount of home and
away matches. There are times that changes are unavoidable. Please be assured
that we are doing the best we can to avoid this. We appreciate your patience.

We’re glad you’ve joined us for another fun filled and exciting
session of APA league play.
We will continue to add new tournaments and events to our 2015
calendar, so check the NL often! You can also find out what’s going on by

All of us here at the APA office look forward to serving you over the Spring
Session, so please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.
THERE ARE NO FULL NIGHT FORFEITS FOR
THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF PLAY!
THERE ARE MANY NEW TEAMS THAT ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE LEAGUE AND
MAY HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING ALLPLAYERS IN PLACE STARTING UP.
WE ASK THE VETERAN TEAMS TO ASSIST THEM WITH RULES AND SUCH.
ALSO, ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE DURING LEAGUE NIGHT, PLEASE CONTACT
YOUR DIVISION REPRESENTATIVE.
