 Grad Fee: $50.00
 Fee Covers:

 MUST BE PAID ASAP!
 Date: Monday, June 29th, 2015
 Mandatory assembly at 9 am in the AV room
at CEC. Tickets and gowns will be issued at
this time.
 Graduation will be held at the Rath Eastlink
Community Centre (RECC) in the Credit Union
Arena.
 Each graduate will be issued 4 tickets. Ticket
holders will be admitted first.
 Any extra seats will be on a first come basis.
 The grads are expected to arrive by 6:30 pm
to be organized for the procession.
 The graduation ceremony will commence at
7:30 pm.
 Reception will be held immediately following
the graduation in the foyer at the RECC.
Prom 2015
 Date: Thursday, June 25th, 2015
 Time: 8:00 pm until 11:00 pm
 Please make arrangements to be picked up
at 11 pm sharp!
 Held at the Best Western Glengarry
 Ticket Costs: $15.00 per person
 Listen to announcements regarding ticket
sales
 Overflow parking permitted at the NSCC
campus
 CEC PHOTO ID REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO
THE PROM
 Non CEC students invited as guests must
have approval by administration. Pick up
the approval form in the main office.
Approved guests will need a photo ID to
enter the prom.
Safe Grad 2015




Students under the influence or in
possession of drugs or alcohol at the
Prom will not be permitted to enter
Prom. No refund will be issued. Safe
Grad privileges will be revoked as well.
Safe Grad will also be held at the RECC.
Doors open at 11 pm. No admittance
permitted after 12 am and the event
concludes at 5 am.
CEC PHOTO ID REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO
SAFE GRAD.
Safe Grad is a non-smoking event.
Parental permission is required in order for
the grad to leave the event early.
Grad Updates will be placed on the CEC
webpage: www.cec.ccrsb.ca
Last Day to order Grad clothing
from the Cougar Cage is Friday,
May 8th.
