W
e’re thrilled to have you with us in Huntington
Beach for the 2015 TeamLogic IT Owners Summit.
Our program focuses on helping you catch the spirit of
success while building your Managed IT Services business.
During our time together, you’ll also have an opportunity
to visit with other franchisees and exchange ideas and
information, which is vital to your business growth.
Each presentation has been carefully crafted to help you
gain knowledge in specific areas of your business. You may
have a hard time deciding on which breakout sessions to
attend between sales, operations and marketing. As always,
the Corporate team is available to assist and answer any
questions you may have.
And you will see that we have dedicated more time for you
to spend with the vendors and we urge you to do so. There
are quite a few new vendors at this year’s event and we
hope you will stop and visit with each one of them.

stage for everything else that will occur during our time
together at the Owners Summit.
The technology landscape is changing at a more rapid

and they are taking market share from MSPs and VARs
every day, creating a phenomenon called “channel
eclipse.” If a technology services company is going to

managed IT services away from an “effort” focus to one

As high-speed Internet prices continue to decline,
businesses are recognizing the need to modify their
conventional landlines and move to a Voice over Internet
Protocol communications system. Roy Jackson, Vice

show you how to break your year goals into 12 months
and identify how many prospects, opportunities and
proposals you will need in your pipeline each month to
achieve your goals.
Am I Prepared to Hire a Salesperson?

Several factors need to be considered before hiring
a salesperson. During this interactive session,
Chuck Lennon will review all of them. What kind of
salesperson do you need? What salary and commission
plan will you offer them? How much can they expect
to earn in year one? Have you done a cash flow analysis
to ensure you can afford this person? When do you
expect them to breakeven? Where will they sit? Will
you reimburse them for expenses? Are you going to
supply them with leads or are they responsible for
generating their own? Have you established a budget
for how much they can spend on networking, T&E,
giveaways, etc.? Do you have clear sales goals in mind?
How is the new salesperson tracking their results so
you have a record of their activity? If you are considering
hiring a salesperson, you won’t want to miss out on this
important discussion.
Managed Services: Moving from Chaos to Calm

how to move from effort-based pricing to paying for

for an update on both the market and TeamLogic IT

programs. He’ll also spend some time talking about our
digital marketing strategy.
