4th Annual Fun Run/WALK:
Promoting Health & Wellness In Our Community
This annual event is quickly approaching on Thursday, May 21th from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. A
registration form is included in this newsletter, so don’t wait – register today! After the Fun
Run/Walk, be sure to plan to stay at CMS for our annual Enrichment Fair from 7 p.m. – 8:30
p.m. Come enjoy hands-on activities and see what your children have been creating and
designing over the course of the school year – you’re sure to be impressed! We hope to see
you on the 21st!
This past week was Administrative Professionals Week, and I would like to take a
moment to thank the Administrative Professionals for everything they do to make Clarksville a
safe and wonderful place for our students, staff and community. Please take a moment, the
next time you are here at CMS, to thank them for everything they do – from taking our calls,
helping to get messages to students and delivering forgotten lunches, to preparing for special
events, printing and folding programs, preparing the newsletters, creating certificates and so
much more. Thank you: Kim Naecker, Principals’ Secretary; Kristen Adkins and Coleen Reif,
Teachers’ Sectretaries; Angela Williams, Data Clerk; and Ruth Williams, Student Services
Secretary. While I appreciate you all year long, I wanted to take a minute to make sure you
know it!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Sincerely,
Melissa Shindel
