Full Terms & Conditions
Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates
1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain and the Isle of Man only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited,
their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants must be 16 years or over.
3. The promotion starts on 23rd June 2014 and closes at midnight on 3rd August 2014. Any entry received after the closing date will not be valid. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
4. A phone with MMS capability is required to enter the promotion.
5. Entrants can submit more than one photo, however, no entrant will be permitted to win more than 1 prize.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.
How to Enter
7. To enter this MMS promotion, text a ‘selfie’ photo of yourself sharing a Coke alongside the key word SHARE 1 to 88600.
8. Pictures submitted may not contain any images that may offend, pornographic images, or images that may incite racial hatred. In addition, pictures shall not:
• Undermine public order, good morals, respect for human kind and dignity, the protection of minors and adolescents: also, the picture may not be vulgar, abusive or rude;
• Encourage, contain or cause discrimination, insult, hatred or violence towards people, notably concerning their origin, their belonging or not to a specific ethnicity, nation, race, or religion,
or their handicap;
• Undermine intellectual property rights, national emblems and coats of arms: also, the picture may not contain distinctive brands or markings;
• Include personal data such as family names, phone numbers or e-mail addresses.
• Undermines The Coca-Cola Company, its brands or any of its subsidiaries.
9. Entrants warrant and represent that they have the right to submit the picture(s), including consent from any parties who appear in the design or have an ownership interest in the picture.
10. Entrants agree that they will not be remunerated or receive royalties, i.e. neither for the participation in the promotion nor for the alienation, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
11. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper
operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these
terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
12. T
he Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and
disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry
requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any
decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Selecting the Winners
13. 100 winners will be picked in a random draw on the 5th August 2014 from all valid entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Prizes
14. There are 100 prizes to give away.
15. Each winner will receive a set of 6 x personalised glass Coca-Cola bottles. This will come in the form of a unique code that can be redeemed online where the winner will also get the
opportunity to personalise their 6 bottles each with a first name.
Notification and Delivery of the Prize
16. The winners will be contacted within 7 days of selection by SMS on the number that they used to enter. This text will also contain their unique code needed to redeem their prize.
17. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants whose phone numbers are no-longer valid at the time of sending
winners’ texts. If a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to
select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the
Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner to receive the prize using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.
Codes
19. Each unique code can only be redeemed once.
20. All codes are subject to verification. Codes have no cash value and may not be sold or exchanged.
General
21. The winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize.
22. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to
receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
23. Standard network charges apply. Texts may not be included in any bundle of free texts, text package and/or talk plan. Please check with your network operator. Please ensure you have the
permission of the person who pays the mobile phone bill before entering this promotion.
24. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which the Promoter
reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
25. The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion, unless consent is received to use such
information for any other purpose.
26. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or of the spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry.
27. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
28. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize.
29. By entering this promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
30. Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material they submit as part of this Promotion. However, entrants grant the promoter (and its agents and affiliates)
a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.
31. The names of the winners will be made available on request to those sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to MARS London, 230 City Road, EC1V 2TT after 31.09.14
32. Winners may be required to take part in publicity relating to this promotion.
33. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
