1. Required Tests
Note: The order in which the test steps are listed reflects the sequence of the certification criterion and does not necessarily
prescribe the order in which the test should take place.
1.1 Data Segmentation for Privacy
Evaluate the Health IT Module’s ability to receive a summary of care record that is tagged as restricted, apply
document-level tagging and sequester the document from others, and view the restricted document, without
incorporating it.
