FOR THE RECORD (6/19/15) When citizens fail to pay their court fines and restitution, they will be put in Fines and Restitution Enforcement (F.A.R.E.). Further fees are imposed, driver’s licenses are likely to be suspended, holds could be placed on automobile registrations, and state income tax refunds and lottery winnings are intercepted. A person can find out if there is a registration hold on their vehicle by visiting this website: http://apps.supremecourt.az.gov/publicaccess/ and making sure to check the box which says “Limit search to Cases with Vehicle Registration hold.” Judge Lundy of the Verde Valley Justice Court placed the following people in F.A.R.E. this week: Hall, Jacob Michael Jenkins, Jeremy Hyung Wook Johnson, Mikel Teppen Bernard Lara, Joseph Gonzalo Lopez, Steven A.
