FOR THE RECORD (5/29/15) When citizens fail to pay their court
FOR THE RECORD (6/19/15)
When citizens fail to pay their court fines and restitution, they will be put in Fines and
Restitution Enforcement (F.A.R.E.). Further fees are imposed, driver’s licenses are likely to be
suspended, holds could be placed on automobile registrations, and state income tax refunds and
lottery winnings are intercepted.
A person can find out if there is a registration hold on their vehicle by visiting this
website: http://apps.supremecourt.az.gov/publicaccess/ and making sure to check the box
which says “Limit search to Cases with Vehicle Registration hold.”
Judge Lundy of the Verde Valley Justice Court placed the following people in F.A.R.E. this
week:
Hall, Jacob Michael
Jenkins, Jeremy Hyung Wook
