@ Division Level Republic of the Philippines Department of Education Region VII, Central Visayas DIVISION OF BOHOL City of Tagbilaran X >' June 4,2015 DIVISION MEMORANDUM NO. 217 S. 2015 SEARCH FOR 2015 BEST BRIGADA ESKWELAIMPLEMENTERS TO: EDUCATION PROGRAM SUPERVISORS/DIVISION COORDINATORS PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT SUPERVISORS SCHOOL HEADS, ELEMENTARY, SECONDARY AND INTEGRATED SCHOOLS 1. In connection with the Search for 2015 Best Brigada Eskwela Implemented, the conduct of Brigada Eskwela Evaluation in the District, Congressional and Division Levels is scheduled respectively on the following dates: District Level @ Congressional Level -June 15-17,2015 -June 22-26, 29-30,2015 -July6-8, 2015 2. Public School District Supervisors shall organize their District Evaluation Committee who will evaluate and select one big school and one small school for elementary and secondary levels. The district evaluation result shall be submitted to the Brigada Eskwela Coordinator on or before June 18, 2015 or email to [email protected] which shall serve as the official entries for the Congressional Level Evaluation. 3. The criteria in the evaluation is pursuant to Deped Order No. 41, s. 2014 dated April 2, 2014 entitled "Enhanced Selection Criter ia on the Search for Brigada Eskwela Best Implementing Schools."The criteria are as follows for ready reference: 1. SCOPE OF WORKS 40% (Repair and maintenance completed based on SIP) 2. DIVERSE VOLUNTEER PARTICIPATION @ Private Sector Involvement 10% (NGOs, foundations, corporations, international org., Private school/universities, mission & aids groups, etc.) 30% 3. GENERATED RESOURCES (conver ted into Peso wor th) @ Community Involvement 10% (Parents & other family members, officers and members of PTA, alumni, nearby home owners or community members, religious groups, etc.) @ GovernmentAgency Involvement 10% (a. Officials, members & employeesfrom the President's Cabinet, Senate & Congress,City/Municipal/Provincial Government & barangay; b.National Disaster Risk Reduction Council member agencies, Bureau of Fire, DUG, PNP, etc) 20% SmallSchool Large School Equivalent Rating P75,000-above P200,00-above P51,000-74,000.00 P101,000-199,000.00 P26,000-50,000.00 P76,000-100,000.00 P10,000-25,000.00 P50,000-75,000.00 20% 18% 15% 10% 4. Division Evaluators to evaluate and select the 2015 Best Brigada Eskwela Implemented for Division Level are selected Division Supervisors/Coordinators. 6. A brief orientation to all Congressional District evaluators on the updates of the enhanced criteria shall be done on June 19, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in the Division Office, Conference Hall. 7. Transportation, meals, and incidental expenses incurred by the evaluators in the conduct of the activity shall be chargeable against local funds/School MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements, however the district offices are responsible in transporting the evaluators to the schools to be evaluated. 8. Submission of evaluation results by Congressional District is on or before July 2,2015. 9. Immediate dissemination and implementation of this Memorandum is directed. WILFREDA D.
