Last year there were over 370 attendees from the US, Canada and Europe. EXHIBIT AT OUR CONFERENCE The ACL Institute offers a unique opportunity for you to meet face-to-face with your customers, promote your newest products and services, and find out what your customers are looking for. You can also drive sales with conference discounts! The exhibit area will be located in the Ballroom on the third floor of the Student Union, and will have over 5,000 square feet of exhibit space. The area for breaks during the conference will be in the rear of the Ballroom, which will draw in visitors. There will also be a half-hour “Exhibit Hall Grand Opening” with no other events scheduled opposite it. ALL EXHIBITORS RECEIVE: • • • Requested number of tables (subject to space and availability). Tables will not be skirted, but will have light plastic tablecloths. Exhibitors are invited to bring their own branded table covering. Acknowledgement in the printed program. Listing in the Institute scheduling app, which you can customize with links to your webpage. EXHIBIT SCHEDULE Exhibitors may begin setting up at 8:00 am on Friday June 26. Exhibit Hall open: Friday June 26 2:00pm - 5:30pm Saturday June 27 10:00am - 4:30pm Sunday June 28 9:30 am - 3:00pm Exhibitors must have their materials prepared for shipment or removed from the Exhibit Hall by 5:00pm on Sunday June 26. REPRESENTATIVES Exhibitors may send materials without a representative. Such materials will be donated to the Department of Classics of the host Institution at the conclusion of the Institute. SHIPPING INFORMATION Shipments may be made to the following address arriving no sooner than June 22, 2015. The exhibitor is responsible for affixing the pre-paid labels (UPS or FedEx) to each package. COST The exhibitor fee is $50.00. Extra tables are $40.00. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITES Even if you are not able to exhibit at our conference, you can still reach conference attendees by sponsoring events which will feature your brand. All sponsors will receive a SPONSOR sign at their booth. Contact Sherwin Little at the ACL Office to arrange details. SPONSORED COFFEE BREAK All breaks will be located in the Exhibit Hall. Sole sponsorship of a break: $3,000 Partial sponsorship: half sponsorship $1,500 quarter sponsorship: $ 750 The sponsor(s) will receive an acknowledgement in the printed program and the scheduling app, as well as a sign at the break featuring the company’s logo and name. CONFERENCE TOTE BAGS The conference bag is given to every conference attendee at registration. The bag will feature the sponsor’s logo as well as the ACL logo and conference title. Full sponsorship: $850.00 The sponsor will receive an acknowledgement in the printed program as well as the scheduling app. CONFERENCE LANYARDS Every attendee will wear the conference lanyard to hold their nametag. The lanyard may contain your company’s logo and name. Cost: $600.00 RECEPTIONS Each night of Institute features a reception at the conclusion of the day’s events in a location near the event. SOLE SPONORSHIP OF A RECEPTION Sponsors may choose one of two receptions: the reception after the awards ceremony on Saturday, or the reception after the banquet on Sunday. Sole sponsors will work with ACL on budget and menu. Sole sponsors will receive an acknowledgement in the printed program as well as the scheduling app. In addition the sole sponsor will have a sign with the company’s logo at the reception. CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS RECEPTION Sponsors may contribute towards the opening night reception on Friday. Contributing sponsors will receive an acknowledgement in the printed program as well as the scheduling app. All contributing sponsors will be listed on one sign at the reception.
