Delhi F.No. 01/60/162/673/AM15/EFGC(PRC) PRC Meeting No. 01/AM16 dated 08.04.2015 Subject: - Request for revalidation of DFIA no. 0510319544 dt. 06.03.2012 Decision: The Committee noted that in terms of Para 2.20 (c) of HBP(2015-20), no revalidation of transferable instrument is allowed unless Authorization / Scrip has lost its validity in the possession of RA / Customs Authorities. There is no such incident in this case. Hence, the Committee did not accede to the request. RA has already allowed one revalidation for six months. The committee does not allow further revalidation unless Authorisation lost its validity in the custody of Government Authorities. Decision: Page 8 of 22 The Committee observed that applicant could not submit application in time as the senior employee left the company which can’t be accepted as a ground of genuine hardship. As such there is no merit for consideration of request of EOP extension. The Committee also rejected the request for revalidation as there is no cogent reason of genuine hardship. The committee on the basis of the availabletechnical records, decided to revalidate the aforesaid DFIA for 3 months from the date of endorsement. The applicant is directed to get the endorsement from RA within one month from the date of uploading of PRC minutes in DGFT website. (Action: RA, Surat) Case No. 30 .M/s Brakes India Limited, Chennai F.No 01/60/162/603/AM15/PRC PRC Meeting No. 01/AM16 dated 08.04.2015 Subject: - Request for revalidation of DFIA No. 0410129812 dt. 31.10.2011 Decision: The Committee observed that the applicant has already been granted one revalidation of six months, despite of that the applicant could not utilize the Authorization. As the Committee does not allow revalidation beyond 30 months, the Committee did not accede to the request.
