What is a cutter guide?
A cutter guide is an accurate technical drawing of the flat (unassembled) packaging.
This is used to create artwork.
The cutter guide should correspond to the white sample provided exactly
A cutter guide should:
- be drawn up to scale
- have all dimensions clearly marked for reference
- show all cut and crease lines clearly
- show the glue seam and any print free areas
- show the flute direction (if the box is made from eflute)
Cutter guides must be supplied in .ai and pdf format
