ECO2015 Poster Presentation Guidelines The Poster Exhibition will be an integral part of ECO2015. The Poster Exhibition will be located on the 2nd floor of the congress venue, the Prague Congress Centre (PCC). The area will be clearly signposted from the registration area. Technical Instructions Posters must be prepared in PORTRAIT style. Please DO NOT prepare a landscape poster. The recommended dimensions are 120cm high by 90cm wide. Do not exceed the overall dimensions (180cm high by 97cm wide). Posters should be attached to the boards with velcro stickers, which will be supplied by the organisers. Poster Sessions Schedule Posters will be displayed and presented in two sessions as follows: T1 T3 T6 T7 Integrative Physiology and Organ Cross-talk Nutrition, Behavior and Lifestyle Society and Environment Public Health and Prevention Posters on display: Poster Session: T2 T4 T5 T8 Wednesday 6 May & Thursday 7 May Thursday 7 May from 13:15 – 14:45 hrs Adipose Tissue Biology Obesity and Mental Health Early Life Clinical Management Posters on display: Poster Session: Friday 8 May & Saturday 9 May Friday 8 May from 13:15 – 14:45 hrs Please plan to be at your poster and available to answer questions from delegates at the time of your assigned poster session. Posters will be displayed according to Track, and will be grouped as far as possible by sub topic in numerical order. If you do not know your poster number, please contact the poster desk which will be located in the ECO2015 Exhibition area. Poster details will also be listed in the ECO2015 Final Programme Book. The use of official ECO or EASO logos is not permitted. Personal or professional advertising in the poster sessions is also strictly prohibited. Poster Mounting and Dismounting Posters for T1, T3, T6, T7 should be mounted from 12:30 hrs on Wednesday 6 May 2015. Note: you will NOT have access to the poster area before that – please do not attempt to mount your poster before this time. Posters should be removed after 17:30 hrs on Thursday 7 May 2015. Posters will be removed and discarded if not removed by 08:00 on Friday 8 May 2015. Posters for T2, T4, T5, T8 should be mounted from 08:30 hrs on Friday 8 May 2015. Note: you will NOT have access to the poster area before that – please do not attempt to mount your poster before this time. Posters should be removed after 13:30 hrs on Saturday 9 May 2015. Posters will be removed and discarded if not removed by 15:00 on Saturday 9 May 2015. Poster Pitch Sessions Selected posters will also be allocated for Pitch Poster Sessions – these posters will be clearly marked. Please note you should still prepare and display a traditional poster, in addition you have the opportunity to pitch your poster in a special poster session. You will be permitted to use just one slide (with custom animation) to describe your work with a 3 minutes presentation (plus 2 minutes for questions). Preparation of the presentation for Poster Pitch Session Please use the TEMPLATE for preparing your presentation for POSTER PITCH Session (MS PowerPoint). Only one slide per author is allowed, it should focus on the most interesting part of the traditional poster. It is possible to change the format and the colour of the background, however the format must be kept as it is set in the template - screen size is 52 x 66 cm (width x height). Recommended minimum font size is 18-20 points. Zoom function is implemented, therefore any detail (image or chart) can be zoomed in. It is possible to attach a video file to the presentation in standard formats (AVI, MPEG, MP4, WMV, etc.). The size of the video file cannot exceed 30 Mb.
