Nominees are required to be a Lion in good standing for a minimum
of 25 years
The lndiana Distinguished Lion Award will be presented at the MD
25 lndiana Lions State Convention in April 2015
Winner receives a plaque and also a marble Engraved Brick at the
State Office Building Plaza
All other nominees are recognized at the Convention
