Whalebone Watercolors Whistling Swan Productions Within the Wild Adventure Lodges AUCTION SCHEDULE Rayne Reynolds, Auctioneer Silent bidding starts at 5:30pm Auctioneer will announce closures for each room at about 6:45pm and 7pm Live Auction will start at about 7pm HEADS or TAILS BEAR BELL GAME SILENT AUCTION RULES You can purchase up to 3 bear bell necklaces for $20 each until the start of Live Auction. Bids are accepted until the auctioneer officially closes each room. At that precise moment all bids are final and will be collected by volunteers. The bid sheets will be inspected and winning bids will be circled, so check to see if you are the winner. All your winning sheets will be in your folder at checkout. When the auctioneer announces the “Heads or Tails” game during the live auction, stand up and put your hands on your head for “heads” or on your behind for “tails”. The auctioneer will flip a coin and if you have your hands on the right spot you keep playing. If you guess wrong, you must take one of the necklaces off before continuing to the next round. All donor names will be placed in a hat and drawn at the end of the live auction for a chance to win roundtrip tickets for 2 to Denali on the Alaska Railroad. You’ll also receive luncheon with wine and round-trip water taxi from Homer (departs Homer at 10:30am and returns 3:00pm). Classes are on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from May through August 2015.
