Refund Policy All requests for refunds must be made in writing to [email protected] or ESLI 7600 Glover Road, Langley, BC V2Y 1Y1 Full refunds will only be given upon proof of visa or study permit rejection by Canada Immigration. Refunds will only be given if the student withdraws before the program start date. No refund will be given to a student after the program has begun or due to a breach of the law, policy or regulation as determined by the government of Canada, the police, ESLI or Trinity Western University.
