STUDIO 2: Monday, July 13 – Friday, July 17, 2015, 10am – 3pm
We are thrilled to announce that ESMoA will be offering FREE arts
programming this summer! Camp coincides with our summer Experience:
STUDIO. In collaboration with the LA County Museum of Art (LACMA),
STUDIO will feature paintings by German artist and figurative painter,
Norbert Tadeusz. Campers applying for STUDIO 2 will explore the life
and legacy of Tadeusz, the relationship between artist and studio, and
have the opportunity to build and/or expand upon a visual portfolio
through independent and group study under the guidance of
professional, working artists.
Admitted applicants will explore advanced painting and printing
techniques and draw from a live nude model. This session is led by
ESMoA Education Specialists and guest Teaching Artists and will
culminate in a portfolio review by professionals from leading LA-based
arts colleges.

Due to a competitive application process and small camp group size,
enrollment in the camp is not guaranteed. Applications will be accepted
on a rolling basis. Campers and their guardians will be notified of
acceptance no later than June 9, 2015.
