What is it?
In order to make your online banking experience as secure as possible, we have deployed security features that may help
detect any uncharacteristic or unusual behavior involving your account.
How does it work?
If anything out of the ordinary is detected or a transaction you are requesting is considered high risk, we will use one of the
following methods to verify your identity.
1. We will ask you a few additional security questions to verify your identity. These are questions that either you have
established or only you should know.
2. We will also ask you to select and name a Personal Image. This is a security feature that lets you verify that you are
logging on to our legitimate site, and not an imitation site designed by a criminal.
By utilizing these extra security measures, someone trying to gain unlawful access to your accounts should be stopped, even
if they had your User ID and password.

Select Your Personal Image and Personal Name
Your Personal Image is a security feature which enables you to verify you are, in fact, logging on to our legitimate Internet banking site and
not an impostor or malicious site. Please select an image by clicking on “Select a different image” below the photo image you see. Find the
image you like and click on it, placing it as your personal image.
Beginning in April when we transition your current online banking to the enhanced Internet banking platform, you will always see your
personal image and the name you have given it displayed.
