A Note from the School Nurse As the end of the year rapidly approaches, I will be getting ready to send medications home. I will be sending them home in a paper sack that is stapled shut on or before the last day of school. I will of course keep what I need for the last day of school. I just have a few requests/reminders. 1) If you do not want your child’s medications sent home with them, please contact me to make arrangements to come in and pick it up. 2) For the remainder of the year please only send what is necessary, do not send more meds than needed, try to send the exact number of doses they will need.
