WELCOME TO BELARUS! The Republic of Belarus is a country with a rapidly growing economy in the center of Europe with a compact territory and borders equidistant from Minsk. The volume of foreign investments into Belarus has increased by 13 times from 2003 to 2013, and that of the international trade by 4 times. The major trading partners are Russia, the EU countries (Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Latvia, and the UK), China and Venezuela. LOCATION “Galleria Minsk” is located in the historical and cultural center of the city of Minsk – on Pobediteley Avenue, which is one of the main thoroughfares of the capital. In front of “Galleria Minsk” there is the Sports Palace, a conventional venue for city events, a recreational area on the bank of the river Svisloch, a seasonal skating rink and carting center. It is worth noting that a promenade area in front of “Galleria Minsk” is the broadest walking area on Pobediteley Avenue. Most of prominent places of interest such as one of the biggest cinemas “Moscow”, the Trinity Suburb (the old town), the Palace of the Republic, the Upper town, the National academic big Opera and Ballet Theater, and the Belarusian state museum of the Great Patriotic War are located within walking distance of “Galleria Minsk”. Alongside “Galleria Minsk” there are public transport stops of 11 bus and trolleybus routes, 17 shuttle bus lines, and two metro stations: “Frunzenskaya” and “Nemiga”. A third metro station on a new line is scheduled to be opened in the near future. The customers will have the six levels of the shopping center available with more than 150 stores, featuring large foreign fashion brands, many of which are not represented in other shopping centers. The biggest food supermarket in the central area of Minsk will be located on the basement floor, whereas the numerous restaurants and a food-court area will be located on the upper floor. International tenants with more than 1000 sq.m each will occupy premises of the Shopping center. The distinctive features of “Galleria Minsk” will become a unique atrium with a spectacular view of the river Svisloch and the old town, and a unique construction of the Hotel incorporated into the Shopping center. Given that “Galleria Minsk” shopping center is going to become a place for family leisure, the Parking will be equipped with special-purpose “family” parking places and the ones reserved for the handicapped. The biggest multimedia screen in Belarus with the total area of 330 sq. m will be located on the main façade of the shopping center along with the “Galleria Minsk” logo developed by the world famous Belarusian artist Vladimir Tsesler. INTERIOR DESIGN The main concept behind the shopping mall interior design has been to facilitate an intuitive flow of people, proper use of atrium space and public areas. A sense of extra space and comfort among the customers will be created by the glass façade of the main entrance. During the daytime the texture of a 28-meters atrium will sparkle in the sunlight, while at night it will be highlighted by LED lamps. Art Deco theme and a palette of decoration materials will create an atmosphere of comfort and coziness. (-) BASEMENT FLOOR - 1 floor will offer its customers a wide range of goods and services. Much of the floor will be taken by the biggest food supermarket in the center of Minsk. The atrium of the 1st floor will have an information stand, cash machines and various kiosks. The floor will catch fancy of those who want to look fashionable, stylish and stand out in a crowd. 4TH FLOOR Goods for active recreation, hunting and fishing, shops of sports clothing of different brands with a wide array of choices all in one place in Minsk. 5TH FLOOR The fifth floor will be all “home” and colorful. It will feature a wide variety of household goods, dishes, textiles and electronics. Also it will have many baby stores that will enchant small customers with pretty colorful interiors.
