1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW. Between 12:01 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 23,
2015 and 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2016 (“Promotion Period”), the Promotion will offer an
Instant-Win Game and multiple individual sweepstakes (each a “Sweepstakes” or “Random
Drawing”) available at https://www.sweatwiththebest.com (the “Website”). The Instant-Win
Game will be available throughout the entire Promotion Period while each Sweepstakes will
have its own distinct prize (each a “Sweepstakes Prize”) and end date. Each Sweepstakes will
begin at 12:01 p.m. (noon) ET on March 23, 2015 and will end at 11:59 p.m. ET on the End
Date as stated within the details governing the particular Sweepstakes (each the “Sweepstakes
Details”). From the Website, click on the individual Sweepstakes to access the Sweepstakes
Details. Sweepstakes Details are also available at the bottom of these Official Rules. The Official
Rules for each individual Sweepstakes are comprised of these Official Rules and the individual
Sweepstakes Details section for the applicable individual Sweepstakes.
2. TO PARTICIPATE.
(a) Obtain Access Code(s).
(i) During the Promotion Period, purchase any specially-marked Gatorade product, while
supplies last. Look for the unique 10-digit alphanumeric Access Code (each, an “Access
Code”) under the cap of the product.
(ii) To obtain a free Access Code, send a 3” x 5” card with your complete name and
address and email address to: Gatorade Free Access Code, P.O. Box 760017, Dept. 838703, El Paso, TX 88576-0017. Requests must be received by March 24, 2016. Access
Code will be emailed. Limit one (1) request per outer-mailing envelope. Sponsor is not
responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, unintelligible,
returned or undelivered, postage-due Access Code requests.
(iii) Sponsor reserves the right to distribute Access Codes, in its sole discretion, via other
methods throughout the Promotion Period.
(b) Create an online account (“Account”). During the Promotion Period, visit the Website (defined
in Rule #1). Follow the online instructions to sign up for a free Account. Limit one (1) Account
per person/email address.
(c) Play the Instant-Win Game. Once you have created your Account, enter your Access Code.
Each time you enter an Access Code, you are automatically playing for a chance to win an
Instant-Win Prize, as defined herein, (each a “Play”). If you receive a prize-winning message
upon submitting your Play, you win the indicated Instant-Win Prize (subject to verification).
Instant-Win Prize winners will be determined by a random, time-based seeding process,

conducted by an independent judging organization (“Judging Organization”) whose decisions are
final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
(d) Use or bank your Sweepstakes entry (“Entry”). In addition to receiving a Play (defined
above) for each Access Code entered at the Website, you also receive one (1) Entry that may
be used to enter one of the Promotion’s Sweepstakes. Upon submitting your Access Code, your
Entry will appear in your Account. You have the choice to either bank the Entry or choose to use
the Entry to enter one of the available Sweepstakes.
(i) Bank your Entry. To bank your Entry and save it for use at a later time (within the
Promotion Period), simply do nothing with the Entry.
(ii) Enter a Sweepstakes. On the Website, click on the “Browse Sweepstakes” button to
view the available Sweepstakes. Choose the Sweepstakes you wish to enter and follow
the online instructions to enter. You may designate as many Entries as you have “banked”
into any Sweepstakes and you may enter multiple Sweepstakes, but a separate Entry is
required to enter each Sweepstakes. Each time you enter a Sweepstakes, one (1) Entry
will be automatically deducted from your Account equal to the number of Entries you
designated for that Sweepstakes. For example, if you designated five (5) Entries in a
Sweepstakes, five (5) Entries will be deducted from your account. You may only enter a
Sweepstakes during that Sweepstakes’ entry period.
Limit five (5) Plays per person/email address (i.e. Account) per day; however, there is no limit to
the number of Entries per Sweepstakes. A “day” is defined as 12:00 a.m. (midnight) ET to the
following 11:59 p.m. ET. The computer administering the Promotion is the official time-keeping
device for each Sweepstakes and the Promotion. All saved Access Codes must be redeemed by
11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2016 and all unused Access Codes remaining in an Account after
this date/time will be void, of no value, and ineligible for sweepstakes entry. Sponsor and its
agencies will not accept Plays or Entries that are late, incomplete, misdirected, unintelligible or
lost. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than five (5)
Plays per day will void all Entries and will result in disqualification.
3. ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the United States, including Guam, Puerto Rico,
and the U.S. Virgin Islands, who are 13 years of age or older as of March 23, 2015. Void where
prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of The Gatorade Company (“Sponsor”),
its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies; the MLB
Entities (defined below); the NBA Entities (defined below); the NFL Entities (defined below);
the NHL Entities (defined below); and Hendrick Motorsports, LLC (its officers, directors,
employees, agents, licensors and assigns) and the immediate family members (spouse, children,
parents, siblings) or household members (whether or not related) of each are not eligible. The
Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES/DRAWINGS. Fifty (50) sports-related experiences (the number
of Sweepstakes Prizes for each experience varies. See Sweepstakes Details.) For each
Sweepstakes, the winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about Drawing
Date indicated in the Sweepstakes Details section for that particular Sweepstakes from among
all eligible entries received for that Sweepstakes. All drawings will be conducted by the Judging
Organization.
5. INSTANT-WIN PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”). Odds of winning an Instant-Win
Prize depend on the number of eligible Plays received and the time in which they are received.
Limit two (2) Instant-Win Prizes per “Instant-Win Prize” item per Account for a total
limit of twenty-eight (28) Instant-Win Prizes for the Instant-Win Game per Account.
ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes: $591,205. Total ARV of all Instant-Win Prizes: $1,802,880. Total
ARV for all Prizes: $2,394,085.

6. AS APPLICABLE TO SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize depend on
the number of eligible entries received per Sweepstakes. Additional restrictions may apply. See
Sweepstakes Details for specific prize details and additional restrictions (if any). If a winner
does not meet the necessary requirements as stated in the “Additional Restrictions” section of
the Sweepstakes Details, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner,
in Sponsor’s sole discretion (time permitting). Limit five (5) Sweepstakes Prizes per
household.
BY ACCEPTING A SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE, WINNER ACCEPTS THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS
NATURE AND RISK IN PARTICIPATING IN AN ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING PERSONAL
INJURY AND/OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE EVENT
IS VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES
WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES HE/SHE IS PARTICIPATING
IN AND HE/SHE ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES AND AGREES THAT
SPONSOR AND ITS AGENCIES SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING
INJURY AND/OR DEATH.
If Sponsor so elects, winner may be required to submit to a confidential background check to
help ensure that the winner will not pose a safety threat or, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion,
bring the Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably
on the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify winner based on the results of his/her
background check. If requested, the winner and his/her guest(s) agree to sign waiver forms
authorizing the release of personal and background information.

Prize events are subject to availability and change, and is at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor
assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events. Winner
and guest must abide by all venue policies. Sponsor and/or venue operator reserves the right
to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel
deem may, in their sole discretion, to have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring
Sponsor and/or venue operator into disrepute. As applicable, seating assignments at an event
are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
(a) For Trip Prizes. Trip must be taken on dates as specified by Sponsor. Once travel documents
are issued, neither travel arrangements nor guest(s) may be changed without the express
approval of Sponsor which may be withheld for any reason whatsoever. Actual value may depend
on city/day/time of departure and destination.
(i) If Air Transportation is included. Trip consists of round-trip, coach-class air
transportation for winner and guest(s) (from a major commercial airport near the winner’s
U.S. home). Travel subject to availability and change, and is at Sponsor’s discretion. All
air travel is subject to government and airline restrictions and regulations. Winner and
guest(s) must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S.
driver’s license or passport and any visas, if Prize is outside of the United States) required
for travel. Winner and guest(s) must travel on same itinerary. Sponsor assumes no
responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled airline flights. If winner’s
residence is located within 250 miles of the destination city, Sponsor reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to substitute the air transportation portion of the prize with $500.
(ii) If Hotel Accommodations are included. Hotel accommodations include one (1)
standard, double-occupancy hotel room, unless otherwise specified in the Sweepstakes
Details. Accommodations are subject to availability and change, and are at Sponsor’s
discretion. Hotel restrictions and regulations apply.
(iii) If Ground Transportation is included. Ground transportation is subject to availability
and change, and is at Sponsor’s discretion. Restrictions and regulations apply.
(iv) If a Rental Car is included. Winner must possess a current valid driver’s license, valid
major credit card, meet age requirements of rental car agency, and meet/comply with
all terms and conditions of the rental car agency in order to rent vehicle. If winner or
winner’s guest does not qualify for the rental car portion of prize, Sponsor reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the rental car portion of the prize with $250.
(b) For Autographed Prizes. For prizes that include an autograph element, no value has been
attributed to the autograph.
7. APPLICABLE TO ALL PRIZES (INSTANT-WIN AND SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES). If winner is unable
to accept a prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winners or their parents/legal
guardians are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, local taxes, if any, and all
other unspecified expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of prize. Any difference
between the stated prize value and actual prize value will not be awarded. Prizes are not
transferable or redeemable for cash and prize substitutions will not be allowed, except at sole
discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
8. DISCLAIMER. Sponsor and its affiliated companies; the MLB Entities; the NBA Entities; the
NFL Entities; the NHL Entities; and Hendrick Motorsports, LLC (its officers, directors, employees,
agents, licensors and assigns) are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors.

Liability for any irregular or defective Access Code is limited to replacement with another Access
Code. Any Access Code that is tampered with, illegible, mutilated, reproduced, contains printing
or other errors, obtained where prohibited or not obtained legitimately, will be null and void. If,
due to an administrative, printing or production error, more instant-winning prize messages are
distributed, or more Instant-Win Prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according
to Rule #5, Instant-Win Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified
prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more
than the stated number of prizes. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any incorrect
or inaccurate information caused by Website users; any error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, theft, or destruction or
unauthorized access of the Website; or downloading materials from or use of the Website. If,
in the Judging Organization’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering
with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the
Promotion, the Judging Organization reserves the right to disqualify suspect Plays or Entries
(as applicable) or modify the Promotion in a manner deemed appropriate by the Judging
Organization, at the Judging Organization’s sole discretion. In such event, winners will be
determined from eligible Plays or Entries (as applicable) received prior to such determination, or
as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by the Judging Organization. Sponsor reserves the right,
at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Play/Entry process. In the
event of a dispute as to any Play or Entry, the Play or Entry will be deemed to be made by the
name appearing within the Account.
9. GENERAL.
Instant-Win Game – Winner Notification. Potential Instant-Win Prize winners will receive an email
(at the email address associated with their Account) with prize claim instructions within twentyfour (24) hours of receiving an on-screen prize-winning message. Follow the instructions to claim
your prize (subject to verification). If you do not claim your prize as instructed, your prize may
be forfeited, at Sponsor’s discretion.
Sweepstakes – Winner Notification. Potential Sweepstakes winners will be notified by phone
or email within five (5) business days of the applicable Drawing Date and will be required to
respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours indicating whether he/she can accept
the prize. If no return call or email is received within the time allotted, an alternate winner
may be selected (time permitting), at Sponsor’s discretion. Any alternates selected will also be
required to respond to the phone call within seventy-two (72) hours. Winner will be required
to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity
Release within five (5) days of attempted notification and delivery of documents. If winner is
a minor, prize will be awarded to the minor’s parent/legal guardian who must accompany the
minor winner either as the winner’s guest if the prize includes travel or at the time the prize is
awarded. If guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must
be the winner. Winner’s guest(s) may also be required to complete a Liability Release prior to
issuance of prize documents, and if a guest is a minor, the Liability Release must be signed by
his/her parent/legal guardian who must be the winner. The execution of additional releases and/
or waivers of liability required by the applicable sanctioning body or prize provider may also be
required and returned within the time period specified by such entities, as appropriate.
Failure to comply with any of the above-stated conditions or the return of a prize or prize
documents as undeliverable, will result in forfeiture of prize, without compensation. If winner
is a minor, prize will be awarded to the minor’s parent/legal guardian who must assume all
responsibilities of prize winner. Participation constitutes permission (except where prohibited
by law) to use winner’s name and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and
publicity without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to abide
by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Judging Organization. By accepting a prize,

winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, and each of their
respective affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation,
their advertising/promotion agencies; the MLB Entities; the NBA Entities; the NFL Entities; the
NHL Entities (defined below); and Hendrick Motorsports, LLC (its officers, directors, employees,
agents, licensors and assigns) from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind,
including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with
participation in the Promotion, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize
and/or with respect to participation in any prize-related activity.
10. WAIVER. By entering this Promotion, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental
and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket
costs incurred to enter.
11. WINNERS’ LIST. For the names of the major prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped
envelope to: Gatorade Sweat With The Best Promotion Winners’ List Request, PO Box 3000,
Dept. 838-703, Young America, MN 55558-3000. Requests must be received by April 29, 2016.
12. SPONSOR. The Gatorade Company, 555 W. Monroe St., Chicago, IL, USA, 60661.
The NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, NBA Digital, the National Basketball
Association and its member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”) will have no liability or
responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize
awarded. The NBA Entities are not a sponsor of this promotion.
The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL
Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Players Association, NFL Players
Incorporated, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers,
directors, agents, members, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”)
will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this
