Birthday Party Swimming Package
Thank you for choosing Eileen Dailly Pool for the celebration of your child’s birthday. We hope to
make your birthday experience as memorable as possible. Each birthday party package includes:
» Party leader(s) for one hour of scheduled in and out
of water games and activities. The party begins at the
assigned time so please ensure all participants arrive
15 minutes before the start time.
» Birthday party invitations are available and can be
picked up at Eileen Dailly Pool at your convenience.
» A birthday bonus of one Courtesy Pass is given to
the birthday child to use for their next visit.
» The party group has unlimited swim time after the
birthday party hour.
» Each participant in the birthday party receives a helium
balloon on their chair and can be taken home at the
end of your party.
» Some of the activities that we offer during your birthday
party are: pool deck relays, water walkway use,
slide privileges, freeze tag, water polo or other water
related activities of your child’s choice.

Due to our overwhelming demand for birthday
parties, we ask that you follow these guidelines:
» Participants are required to meet the City of
Burnaby Admission Policy:
- Children 7 years of age or younger, or less
than 48 inches in height, must be
accompanied in the water by a person
16 years of age or older and be within arm’s
reach of that person at all times. The ratio of
children to accompanying persons must be
no greater than 3 to 1.
- The party leader is counted as one adult until
the hour of in and out activities are completed.
- Please note that adult admission fees are extra
from the fee of the 8 years & up birthday party
packages. The 7 years & under packages will
include the adult fees required to meet the
three to one ratio required for 7 years &
under swimmers.
» Table and chairs are reserved for your party for a
two hour limit. The two hour limit includes one
hour of activities in and out of the water with a
party leader(s) and one hour for food, cake, and
gift opening on the reserved tables.
» Once your two hour limit is up, you must vacate
the assigned tables and chairs, and relocate your
belongings to another area of the deck. This
helps us move on to the next birthday party and
alleviate some of the congestion on deck. Staff
are available to help with this process.
» If you for any reason you need to cancel your
birthday party booking, please contact the front
desk 72 hours prior to your arranged time for a
full refund.
