Everyone in the Fremont Community can celebrate your Fremont Student’s special day! “Happy Birthday, Your Child” can appear on the Electronic Message Board on Fremont Center Road. Complete this order form and send it to school in an envelope marked “Birthday Message” with $5 per child. Birthdays may be submitted at any time during the year. Please turn in the birthday request at least one week prior to your child’s birthday. If your child’s birthday appears on a weekend day or holiday we will run the birthday message on a school day closest to his/her birthday. Feel free to complete form for all your children’s birthday requests now for the school year. We will keep track of each birthday and post it on the appropriate day.
