Glazer’s, Inc. announces the appointment of Jon Charlton as Vice President and General Manager,
U.S. Virgin Islands, effective August 1, 2014. In his new role, Jon will be responsible for overall
business operations for our joint venture in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Glazer’s Premier Distributors,
LLC. He will report directly to Jesse Peña, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Caribbean.
Jon joins the Glazer’s organization after 30 years of industry experience. He has spent the last 12
years in general management positions with various adult beverage distributors in British Virgin
Islands, Bahamas and Grand Cayman, where he most recently was General Manager with TICO –
British Virgin Islands. He has been responsible for developing strong supplier relationships and
effectively growing distribution portfolios. Jon earned his Bachelor degree from University of
Windsor. He also has a dual MBA in Marketing and Finance from Nova Southeastern University and
University of Miami.

experience throughout the Caribbean will be key in running our U.S. Virgin Islands operation. Jon’s
proven track record of developing sales teams, distribution portfolios and supplier relationships will
be invaluable.”
