Glazer’s, Inc. is pleased to announce several promotions within the Malt Division for Texas and
Louisiana, effective July 1, 2014.
Don Gallian has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Malt - Texas and Louisiana. Don will
continue to report directly to Phil Meacham, Executive Vice President, Malt, and will also maintain his
position on the staff team of Andy Halpern, Regional President, where he will represent the malt
business for Texas and Louisiana.
Don Gallian has 30 years of experience in the beer distribution business. He started his career with

positions of General Manager, Malt - South Texas and Vice President, Malt - Texas and Louisiana.
Gallian started his career as a merchandiser in 1984 for Shoreline Beverage in Compton, California.
Since that time, he has held almost every position within a distributor organization and has leveraged
that knowledge and depth of experience to help guide Glazer’s growth within the malt industry.
Mitch Taylor has been promoted to Vice President, Malt - West Texas. Mitch started his career with
Glazer’s three years ago after more than 25 years of distributor and supplier experience with
MillerCoors. Mitch is primarily responsible for managing Glazer’s Waco, El Paso, Odessa and San
Angelo malt teams, but also plays a critical role in the building and achievement of our supplier
business plans.
Mike Gorman has been promoted to Vice President, Malt - South Texas. Mike joined Glazer’s just
over a year ago from MillerCoors, where he held numerous leadership positions over his 27 year career
with the company. Mike is responsible for managing Glazer’s San Antonio and McAllen malt teams
and is responsible for the building and management of supplier annual business plans.
Taylor and Gorman will continue to report directly to Don Gallian.
Phil Meacham states, “Each of these individuals has a collective wealth of knowledge and experience in
the malt business. As Glazer’s continually works to develop our relationships with our supplier
partners, Don, Mitch and Mike will all be instrumental in our efforts. I commend each of them for their
hard work and dedication to the team and offer my congratulations on their new roles.”
