Curriculum.This activity book is designed for teaching Science for grade 6. The right

Introduction
This book is intended to use by students of grade 6. This should be used with the
book, science for grade 6.
In the textbook, each topic is divided into sub topics and labeled as 1a, 1b etc.
The activity book includes activities to reinforce concepts introduced in these
subtopics.
The activity book includes a wide range of activities to promote the use of all the
necessary skills like communication skills, investigation skills, data handling, etc.
that needs to be developed by the students.
You might need to use improvised and readily available equipment and materials
rather than sophisticated laboratory apparatus in doing some of the activities in the
textbook.
Teachers should use the teacher’s manual to fully understand and appreciate how
the textbook and activity book could be used to maximize the learning of science
concepts.
