On behalf of the Harrison Twp. Recreation Commission, I would like to invite you to participate in “Harrison
Township Day”. Below is a participant registration form. Please remember space is limited so be sure to return
your registration form ASAP. Your registration form must be returned no later than April 24th, 2015 to ensure
a space. (A $5.00 late charge will be added to those registering after the deadline)
1. Set-up time is 8:30AM – 9:30AM on Saturday. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will not be permitted to enter the
park and you will forfeit your registration fee.
2. All participants must be open for business and present at their space from 10:00AM-5:00PM. This is a family
friendly community event. A proper code of conduct and proper appearance is mandatory. (ie. revealing
clothing, language, smoking) Those in violation will be escorted out by our police officers.
3. All vendors must provide their own tables/chairs/tents and leave their spaces clean of debris. All extra stock must
be stored under the table.
4. We require an ITEMIZED description of items you will be selling. PROHIBITED ITEMS: silly string,
poppers, water balloons, aerosol products, toy guns or knives, or any item deemed hazardous. If you are found
selling any of those items, you will be escorted out by our police officers.
5. The Recreation Commission reserves the right to approve or deny any registration form.

EACH EXHIBITOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS/HER OWN TABLE AT ALL TIMES. The Township of Harrison will not be responsible for any loss or
damage that may occur to the exhibitor or his/her property from any cause while said persons are on township property.
