Physical play allows children to use their energy, develop
gross and fine motor skills. Make-believe (or imaginative) play helps children explore
the world. It also strengthens memory, logical reasoning,
literacy and creativity.
When children manipulate their environment to create
things, it helps develop hand-eye coordination, fosters early
literacy skills and improves math and science skills.
Exposing children to music during early development helps
them learn the sounds and meanings of words.
