activity time in hours and your daily goal in %. In this way ViFit helps

The tracker can easily be carried in a pocket or clipped to the
waistband, belt or bra. At night, the wristband, which is included in the package, makes sure the tracker is fastened securely
and thus ensures a reliable recording of the data.

Before first use you have to set your user settings in
VitaDock® Online and synchronize your data with
ViFit using the USB cable incuded in the package.
Subsequently the measurement data recorded with

diagrams with the PC, Mac®, iPhone®, iPod touch®,iPad®
