Icon Credit is looking for a qualified assistant/intern to join our Human Resources
Department. This individual will be excited about learning all they can about HR and be
open to owning certain processes within our HR team. This is not your average
internship!! This is truly a HR assistant position that will also include great learning
opportunities and allow for possible intern credits! Our HR department supports close
to 100 employees working out of 10 locations in the Treasure Valley and eastern
Oregon and we want your help!
The HR assistant/intern will help with departmental needs, complete forms, gather
required information/documentation, assist with filing and record retention, observe prehire and exit interviews, assist with benefit administration, and work on a variety of
assigned projects intended to expose the intern to Human Resources processes.
