Falconite is happy to announce their first anchor tenant will be IMAC Regeneration Center. IMAC will be on the South corner facing Freeman Dental and Paducah Bank, and will occupy 10,000 sq. feet of the new center. IMAC Regeneration Center is an integrative medicine clinic that provides medical, physical therapy, and chiropractic care for the treatment of back pain, joint pain, arthritis, and ligament damage. Founder, Matt Wallis, DC says, “We are excited to join forces with Falconite to build a state of the art facility for our patients. We continue to experience excellent medical outcomes using innovative treatments and look forward to expanding our services in the new facility.” The strip center’s overall plan includes reconfiguring a section of the adjacent Village Business Center’s parking lot to construct a new parking lot with ample space to accommodate all the tenants and customers of the new building. Falconite will divide the remaining 7,000 sq. feet to suit new tenants and is available now. The lease space can be as large as 7,000 sq. feet or as little as 2,000 sq. feet. Owner, Mike Falconite says, “Paducah is a great place to develop a center like this. Our city pulls from a large radius and now has a good foundation of strong retail establishments that should encourage other national chains to look at coming here.” -more- Page 2 - FALCONITE The corner of James Sanders Blvd, Pecan Dr., and Village Square Dr. has one of the largest daily traffic counts in Paducah and is growing as the area around it continues to develop. The available space will be great for any type of medical, retail, office, or small restaurant. This center is one of several real estate locations that Falconite has their hands in developing. Ever since Falconite Development opened, they have been establishing properties all around Paducah and the surrounding counties. The corporate philosophy is that the more you build, the more you learn, and you learn by doing. Other Current Developments Include: Olivet Village and Plantation Village: Two neighborhoods with new construction homes and townhomes being built daily, plus lots for sale. Lovelaceville Florence Station Rd W: Largest new construction of homes just 3.5 miles outside of Lone Oak with 1.5+ acres at each home and more acreage to purchase. Falcon Ridge: COMING SOON. 250 acres behind Lov Flo Sta Rd W will be developed into a new subdivision. This subdivision will have large and small lots available. It rests along side beautiful pastures with the horses at Cassidy’s Cause, Therapeutic Riding Academy. There are lakes through out the subdivision. This development will be great to give buyers the country feel, while still being just minutes from Lone Oak and the new McCracken County High School. Jordan’s Crossing Two: COMING SOON. Behind Kentucky Oaks mall, a similar look of Jordan’s Crossing will be flipped across the street to make for another 24,000 square foot retail center. Jordan’s Crossing Apartments: New 8-plex townhomes are being built behind Cinemark Theater, off of Olivet Church Road, and will be completed around Halloween. Co-Owner, Nicki Roof says, “We are excited about these new developments and feel this is our way of helping Paducah grow.” About Falconite Development: Falconite Development has completed over 5 million square feet in projects over the past 30 years and currently owns and manages over 3 million square feet of retail, medical, office space, industrial buildings, warehouse space, restaurants and apartments. -more- Page 3 - FALCONITE The property management company manages over 1000 apartment units and houses in Paducah and Murray.
