Paying fees through banking channels at ISM
1. As part of its commitment to provide the best of services to students and parents of
ISM, the SMC has introduced E-Payment facility for payment of fees and books.
2. This facility is provided through bank muscat. Oman’s leading banking service
provider
3. There are 4 modes of payments that parents can now avail of
a. Cash payment at school counter as is the norm now
b. Payment using Point of Sale machines at school counters through debit
or credit cards
c. Payment using ATM, CDM, internet-banking and mobile banking services
of bank muscat (anytime, anywhere)

4. For providing bank related services the bank levies minimal transaction charges
which will be borne by the parents as follows
a. Payment using Point of Sale machines at school counters through debit
or credit cards – 1.65% of the fee paid
b. Payment using ATM, CDM, internet-banking and mobile banking services
of bank muscat (anytime, anywhere) – 1% of the fee paid

5. When paying through ATM, CDM, mobile banking and E-payment channels, the
Student GR number needs to be inputted for the transaction to go through.
6. These services will ensure parents have the ability to choose their own time and
convenience to pay the fees and do not have to queue up at the school counters or
face traffic congestion during school fee payment schedules
7. These services are extremely safe and secure and the bank follows all the necessary
safety and security regulations set by the Central Bank of Oman
