The Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research Information Technology Center (AFFRIT) Usage Report
（１）当センターの全ての利用者（含：業務用）は、
「農林水産研究情報総合センター運営規程」に基づき、毎年度末に利用報告書を提出する
ことになっています。 本報告を基に、利用者のアカウント情報を次年度に継承しますので、報告期限を厳守して提出して下さい。
報告期限
平成２７年３月３１日（火）
なお、派遣職員・契約職員・研修生等の利用期限日の更新には、本報告の他に、当センターの利用資格を満たす書類（雇用通知書、委託契約書等）の写しが必要
です。利用期限から３０日間は引き続きご利用いただけますので、更新が必要な場合は、この間に所属機関を経由して提出して下さい。
In accordance with the "Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research Information Technology Center Management Regulations," all
users (including business uses) are to submit at the end of each fiscal year a Usage Report document. On the basis of said Report,
the account information of the user will be updated to the next fiscal year. Therefore, please submit with strict adherence to the
Report Deadline. Please note carefully that in such case wherein there is no submission of such Report, the account may be
terminated.
Report Deadline March 31 (Tuesday), 2015
Note that to renew the usage expiration date of a seconded employee, a contract employee, a research intern, etc., it is also necessary to submit documents (copy or
copies of Certificate of Employment, Contracts, etc.) that certify AFFRIT usage qualifications in addition to this Report. Since continued usage may be possible for a 30
day period after the expiration of use, in cases where a renewal is necessary, please make the submission within this period through your affiliated organization.

・次年度の継続利用の意向確認
Confirmation of intention for continued use in the next fiscal year.
・科学技術計算システムの次年度の利用報告ならびに利用予定について：システムの利用予測を行い、計算資源の有効活用を図ります。
Usage Report and Plan to Use the Scientific Computing System (SCS) for next fiscal year:
The System Usage estimates are aimed to calculate the effective use of computing resources.
・センターへのご意見・要望を把握するためのアンケート
Questionnaire for Opinions and Requests, etc., to AFFRIT.

【重要】農林水産研究情報総合センターセキュリティポリシー実施手順に、
「PC 等にメーカーサポートの切れた OS は使用しないこと。また、
可能な限り新しいバージョンの OS やアプリケーションソフトウェアを導入するとともに、自動更新等の機能により、常に最新の修正
プログラムを入手し、適用すること。
」と定められています。
メーカーサポート期限日に到達した OS は「使用禁止」となります。早急に最新版 OS へ移行する等の対策を実施して下さい。
【Important】The Security Policy Implementation Procedures of the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research Information
Technology Center specifies that “Operating System (OS) for PC whose support has been terminated should
not be used. In addition, wherever possible, new version of OS and application software should be installed,
and at the same time, product updates and security patches should be downloaded and installed using their
auto-update function.”
The use of OS that has reached the manufacturer’s end-of-support date will be prohibited.
