1885 – 2010 “Baschieri & Pellagri” USA MASTERS CUP 2015 COMPETITIONS PROGRAM Rules & Regulations USAS & ISSF rules in effect on the date of the competitions will apply. An Official Jury for each competition will be selected from the participants based on their experience and knowledge of the rules. All competitors are required to serve as flank referees. Range Capacity B&P USA Masters Cup - International Trap (April 25 & 26, 2015) 30 Competitors Course of Fire B&P USA Masters Cup – International Trap (April 25, 2015) 100 Targets B&P USA Masters Cup – International Trap (April 26, 2015) 100 Targets + Final Start Times All competition days will commence at 8:30 AM SHARP, unless otherwise noted. The “Official Training” day shall commence at 9:00 AM on an “Open” basis. Competition Fees $ 150.00 Awards, Lunch, Range Fees & USA Shooting Fees ** PRE-REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ARE MANDATORY ** Refund & Cancellation Policy Keystone Shooting Park shall not issue cancellation refunds of paid registration fees, but rather offer the competitor an option to move those paid fees to another scheduled competition or camp during the same competition season. If the competitor fails to register for another event than they shall forfeit those fees. Failure to notify management of your cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of the competition will result in forfeiture of those fees and they shall not be transferable to another event. Reservation of Rights Keystone Shooting Park management reserves the right to amend the conditions of this program as it deems necessary at any given time. Ammunition (24) Gram cartridges are mandatory for all competitions. Ammunition will be available for sale at fair market price. Classification All competitors will be classified using the “Euro-Class” system after the first 150 targets and segmented into A, B, C & D classes respective to their scores. Squading All competitors will be squaded by lottery drawing for the first day of the competition. Squading for subsequent days will remain the same, but the squad start times will be altered. Finals A “Finals” round will be conducted upon the completion of the competition. All resulting ties will be settled as per USAS & ISSF rules and regulations. Awards & Prizes “Class” and “Category” awards will be determined on the published course of fire. High Over All awards will be determined on the published course of fire, plus the results of the “Finals” round. The top (6) scoring competitors will be eligible to compete in the “Finals” round regardless of classification, category or residency. Two or more competitors must be registered in their respective “Category” in order for “Category” awards to be granted. “Category” awards are defined as Women, Junior & Senior. Long runs from back to front will settle tied “Class” or “Category” scores. Refreshments Food and beverages will be available at the club house during both days of the competitions Safety We ask that everyone please exercise the utmost care and respect for safety standards during their time both on and off the range. Both ear and eye protection are required in the range area at all times. Range Restrictions Animals are permitted in the parking lot area only. If the animal begins to create a disturbance, the owner will be asked to remove the animal from the immediate area. Small children are prohibited from the shooting complex unless closely supervised. Speed Limit The speed limit on all roads and club property is 15 MPH (25 KPH). POSSESSION OR USE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE ON CLUB PROPERTY IS FORBIDDEN. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION IS NOT PERMITTED UNTIL THE DAYS FIRING HAS CEASED. ANYONE FOUND NOT TO BE ABIDING BY THESE RULES WILL BE DISMISSED FROM THE COMPETITION AND CLUB PROPERTY.
