Scope and Content
Record Group 62 contains information about the IUP Athletics program and sport teams at
Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Primarily, Record Group 62 contains information
about IUP Basketball, Baseball, Cross Country, Track & Field, and many other sport teams.
Many other record group and manuscript group collections contain information regarding sport
teams throughout the history of IUP. For more information about the Football Team go to
Record Group 32 Athletic Department: Football Program and Manuscript Group 155 Klausing
and Simmons Family Collection that includes scrapbooks of Charles Klausing’s coaching career.
For information about the Cross Country and Track & Field teams from 1968-1988 go to
