Room reservations can be made by calling 1-800-725-2236. Be sure and
tell them you are with the Little Bear Association group. Room rates
are $74.00 plus tax per room (single or double) per night plus tax,
including breakfast. Rooms in the block that haven’t been reserved by
March 24 will be dropped. After that date reservations will be accepted
based upon availability.

RE: The 2015 reunion hospitality fund
To fund our hospitality suite during the 2015 reunion, there will be a $15.00 hospitality fee
per person. This fee will finance all liquid refreshments and food/snacks in the hospitality
suite throughout the 2015 reunion. Any excess funds collected will be rolled over into the
general fund to help offset hospitality expenses for the 2016 reunion.
Please complete the following information and bring this letter with your hospitality fee
check for the appropriate amount to the reunion. DO NOT send this fee to the hotel
or Gatherings Plus!

Dear Fellow Bears,
The 2015 Little Bear Association reunion will be held at the Clarion hotel from April 29, 2015
thru May 3, 2015. Hotel Reservations can be made now by calling the hotel at 1800-725-2236.
Tell them you are with the Little Bear Association group. So right now would ideal time to mark
your calendars and make the commitment to join us for an unforgettably great time.
Some of you may have missed our previous visits to Branson. Believe me, Branson loves all
veterans from all conflicts, so if you are still awaiting your “Welcome Home” from Vietnam,
I guarantee you will definitely feel welcomed home at the theaters and restaurants in Branson.
These people are the greatest in that regard.
The association has worked tirelessly to make the reunion itineraries as open and
Unregimented as is humanly possible to maximize the actual “reunion” aspect of the
gathering and yet still provide enough optional scheduled events to give you a taste of
Branson’s warm hospitality and first-rate entertainment. The itinerary should be amenable to
all budgets and tastes for this type of an event. I think we have even improved on the quality
of the planned meals too.
Please take this opportunity to study the enclosures and join us for the 2015 Little Bear
