Board of Officers meets 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 7:00PM. House Committee meetings
immediately follow.
General Membership meetings are held on 1st and 3rd Tuesday at 8:00PM
Joint LOOM and WOTM meeting are held 1st Tuesday at 6:30PM
WOTM meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 7:00PM

advantage of using our commercial account and get discounts on most
items. Mention the commercial account and present your Moose

If we don’t use this, we will lose it……..
LODGE PRIVATE POLICY
All adult guests must be signed in the guest book (located at the front door) and leave when
the guest’s member leaves. All adult guests will be identified in some manner to distinguish
them as non-members. The guest’s member is responsible for the conduct of their guests.
The term “guest” includes non-member’s spouses. A member not in good standing (i.e. in
arrears on payment of dues, but no dropped) may not enter any lodge, even as a guest.

Administrator’s Message
Hi Everyone,
Well we’re almost there!
Spring is around the corner and I can’t
wait. Soon we will be cleaning up after
winters mess. The lodge is in need of
much repair. We are in the process of
securing a loan to make all needed
repairs and a few new projects are also in
the works. Don't be surprised if the old
place looks different in a few months. I
am looking forward to everyone coming
down to see what we have in mind. With
your support I am sure we can make this
the flagship of the Moose fleet! I will be
updating you with our progress as it
comes.
Riverhead Moose Lodge 1742 is offering your

Hi Ladies,
This has been a very cold winter, and I think we are all looking for the warmer
weather.
So mark your calendars March is going to be a very busy month for us.
We had our monitions, so come to our March 10th, meeting to find out who is on the
slate. Then come back on March 25th , to cast your vote.
Also March 28th , is our 60th, anniversary so will be mailing out invitations to the
ladies who have made their years from 10,15,20,25,30,etc. in our chapter. At the dinner
they will be given their pins. So I hope to see all of you at the next meeting.
Also come down on a Wednesday night for dinner and friendship with other members.
Or on Friday night for dinner and play queen of hearts too. You have to come and play to
be a winner.
Stay warm and be careful on the ice. See you soon.

New Access to Social Quarters
Access to the Social Quarters is now by the use of your Moose International ID card. Your ID card
must be valid and up to date. The card reader on the entrance door has been replaced and now
will only accept Moose ID cards. Previously issued access cards can no longer be used.
Place your membership ID card the card reader upside down,
with the magnetic strip facing toward the left as indicated.
Quickly remove your ID card, the buzzer will sound allowing you access.
