The ideal candidate will have to possess strong analytical, organizational and communications skills. A successful candidate will possess creative problem solving skills and have and the ability to interact with small businesses, ultimately building a relationship with them. This candidate should thrive in a fast paced environment while being attentive to details. He/She must be comfortable working in a diverse community interacting with stakeholders from a variety of racial, ethnic, religious and social-economic backgrounds. Candidates must also have experience performing community outreach and service based projects. Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe CS5 is highly desired, but not required. Enrollment in DECA, Junior Achievement are desired but not required.
